Rami Fou’ad Mushasha is the Director of Jerusalem Programs at Taawon, where he leads a strategic portfolio of development programs and initiatives aimed at strengthening the resilience of Palestinians in Jerusalem through investments in education, community development, youth empowerment, institutional sustainability, endowment management and development, and the preservation of Palestinian identity and cultural heritage. He also oversees the design and implementation of strategic initiatives while fostering partnerships with government entities and local and international organizations.
With more than 17 years of leadership experience across Palestine, Jordan, and Cyprus, Rami specializes in strategic program management, institutional development, large-scale project management, resource mobilization, partnership development, and leading multidisciplinary teams in complex development environments.
Throughout his career, he has held several senior leadership positions, most notably as Director of Her Majesty Queen Rania Al Abdullah’s Madrasati Palestine Initiative. He also founded and managed RM Design Studio, an architectural design and project management firm.
Rami holds a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from Eastern Mediterranean University and completed postgraduate studies and advanced research in Architecture and Urban Studies at Near East University. He also completed an Executive Education Program in Strategic Leadership at the Harvard Kennedy School. In addition, he serves on the boards and general assemblies of several Palestinian institutions, contributing to institutional governance, sustainable development, and the design of high-impact initiatives.
