Fadi Hindi holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, a Master's degree in Management, and an International Diploma in Modern Management. With more than 25 years of professional experience, he has led the design, development, and management of a wide range of development programs and projects across Palestine. Throughout his career, he has held senior leadership positions within several Palestinian and international NGOs operating in the Gaza Strip.
Over the past 15 years, he has served in a number of key leadership roles at Taawon. He currently serves as Deputy Director General and Director of Program Operations, where he oversees the strategic planning, implementation, and operational management of Taawon's diverse program portfolio.
In addition to his executive leadership responsibilities, he has worked as a consultant for numerous international and local organizations, providing expertise in program and project design, development, monitoring, and evaluation. He has also delivered professional training in program management and resource mobilization for national and international institutions. Alongside his professional career, he has lectured at Palestinian universities in the field of Nonprofit Organization Management, contributing to the development of future leaders in the civil society sector.
