Taawon and Jordan Hashemite Charity Organization (JHCO) Sign MoU to Support Gaza's Healthcare Sector

Amman, Jordan – Taawon has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Jordan Hashemite Charity Organization (JHCO) to provide logistical support for the delivery of mobile health clinics and medical equipment to Gaza. This partnership is part of joint efforts to assist those affected by the ongoing humanitarian crisis in the Gaza Strip.

The MoU was signed by Dr. Hussein Al-Shebli, Secretary General of JHCO, and Dr. Tareq Emtairah, Director General of Taawon.

The partnership aims to deploy fully equipped mobile health units to deliver essential healthcare services, including maternal and childcare, emergency response, and ambulance services, to alleviate the suffering of residents facing dire circumstances.

JHCO will provide the necessary logistical support to ensure the mobile clinics and medical equipment reach those in need, in collaboration with relevant stakeholders. This initiative reflects the commitment of both organizations to stand with the Palestinian people by offering urgent relief and healthcare assistance.

This collaboration comes amid severe shortages in medical supplies and healthcare services in Gaza. It aims to support healthcare institutions, reduce the strain on facilities, and deliver immediate care to those most in need.
